After selling charcoal in town, Tanjiro returns home to notice his whole family dead. Only his sister Nezuko has survived -- but she'due south changed.

Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke run across upwards with Rengoku, who tells them that the railroad train could come under attack at any moment.

Though severely injured, Tanjiro heads to Rengoku's family home to bring them the tragic news.

Now led past Hashira Tengen Uzui, Tanjiro and the others disguise themselves so they can go hired in the Yoshiwara commune.

Inosuke decides to sneak into Makio'due south room. Meanwhile, Zenitsu hears a niggling daughter crying and tries to help, when he feels an eerie presence backside him.

Afterward his meet with the powerful demon Daki, Zenitsu disappears. Uzui orders Tanjiro and Inosuke to get out Yoshiwara.

Every bit Uzui searches for Hinatsuru, Tanjiro continues to struggles in his fight against Daki. He decides to attempt a new form of attack.

Tanjiro uses Hinokami Kagura breath to fight back, but Daki regains power when her obi sash escapes the demon's nest and returns to her.
